The Future 12 oz

The Future is anerobic coffees, a remarkable celebration of fruit forward, sweet and juicy coffees normally only found in high elevation growing regions. While the process is not new, it is newish to the coffee industry. Green coffee is held in an oxygen-free environment for an extended time (the coffee can be whole or pulped) to promote lactobacillus growth. Increased lactobacillus brings the fruit bomb to the cup.
